As part of the Techcraft project, the dismantling of an inactive water tank and the construction of a new crude oil pumping station in its place were carried out. A 175 m3/h pump was installed in the pumping station, used to supply the production installation. The designed system allows for precise feeding of the working medium in a wide range of operating parameters and protects the installation against damage due to improper use or emergency situations. The pump can operate up to a pressure of 49 bar, which allows the medium to be pumped into the existing installation. The suction and pressure pipeline system allows for flexible operation regardless of the selected power source.
The scope of work carried out also included making a series of connections and cut-offs between existing pipelines and laying a new pipeline between the storage tank and the pumping station.
